Body Sculp - A multi-level and fun one-hour cardiovascular strength training class designed to make you lean and defined by using exercises that work the 12 major muscle groups and elements from strength-training, yoga and pilates to give you a results-oriented total body workout. You will build and sculpt muscles, strengthen your core, and improve your flexibility while burning fat and calories by using dumbbells,kettle bells, bars, steps, balls, bands, etc. This class helps to increase bone density helping to prevent the development of osteoporosis.
Circuit Training - Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit training comprises of 12 exercises that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is performed for a set time of 60sec before moving on to the next exercise. The exercises within each circuit are separated by a short rest period, and each circuit is separated by a longer rest period. The total number of circuits performed during a training session is two. The class ends with 10minute strech.
Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga - This style blends the ancient wisdom of many yogic traditions including Ashtanga, Iyengar and Traditional Hatha Yoga into a new expression. Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga
SUP Yoga classes are traditional Yoga classes taught on the water on floating boards. Your mat is a stand up paddle board, the world is your studio and all the elements have been invited – sun, wind, water and fish… Enjoy learning while adapting to the motion of the board, the continuous challenge to balance, the instant instability created by minor energy and weight shifts, and the focus required to ground while afloat. Positional Therapy
This is a combination of muscle energy techniques, trigger point therapy, strain-counterstrain. Beginning with a postural analysis using palpation of problem areas, the session may also include substle, positioning and holding of head, neck, arms, and legs. Integrative Positional Therapy is designed to help bring the relationship between the muscles back into balance. By "slackening" the tension in an overstretched muscles we are simultaneously stretching and shortening a weakened muscle. The muscle ends are brought closer together for a few moments and held in position long enough that the brain recognizes the slack and interrupts the old neurological pattern.
